Princess Sikhanyiso Dlamini is a Swazi princess and politician. She is the eldest daughter of King Mswati III of Eswatini, and is the country's former Minister of Information and Communication Technology.

AFFILIATION

Princess' professional career has been marked by a diverse array of roles and responsibilities. She commenced her journey as an apprentice at the Millin 'n' Currie Law Firm in 2005. Later she served as a music coach in 2007 at RYTMO in Anaheim, California, USA and at Oasis Youth Support Network in Sydney, Australia respectively. Between 2012 and 2018, she held a significant position as the Chairperson of the Marketing and Tender Board and a Board Member of MTN Eswatini. Additionally, she has served as a Board Member of the World Peace Initiative, an organization dedicated to promoting peace through culture and arts from 2013 till present.  In 2013, the Princess further expanded her horizons, serving as a content producer at Limkokwing University in Malaysia, where she created a tribute Song "Oh Hail Your Majesty" for the grand celebration of HM King Mswati III's Honorary Doctorate from the University. In the same University the Princess assumed the position of an Honorary Advisor of Youth Development from 2014 till present. She was also a Vice President of the Young Business Society of Africa from 2013 till present. In late 2013, the Princess held the position of Licensee and Patron for the Miss Eswatini Tourism pageant until 2016.  Recognizing her dedication and expertise, the Princess was appointed as a Royal Councillor in the King's Advisory Council from 2013 to 2015. Concurrently, she assumed the role of Patron for the Eswatini Library and Information Association (ESWALA), a position she still holds today.

Championing Change and Empowerment

Princess Sikhanyiso's commitment to the well-being of her country and its people is exemplified by her various philanthropic endeavours. In 2014, she launched the Imbali Foundation, which focuses on the empowerment and well-being of the girl child, as well as the promotion of Eswatini culture. She serves as the Founder and Chairperson of this foundation, tirelessly working to support and uplift the lives of young women in Eswatini. The Princess' dedication to the deaf community is also noteworthy. In 2014, she was bestowed the role of Patron by the Directors of Miss Deaf Africa namely; Maria Sivertsen and Nokuthula Mbatha, recognizing her efforts to ensure the rights and a brighter future for deaf girls in Africa
